Muro Frari is Muro Venezia family’s last born restaurant. Our cuisine is various and connects venetian love for fish with asiatic knowledge of spices. It offers a variety of meat specialties, from tartare steak following classic recipe to in-bone veal cutlet and, last but not least, our refined Chateaubriand and the impressive Tomahawk steak. We are particularly attentive on best meat cuts: we constantly check meat’s origin to ensure high quality all year long.
We choose the best ingredients for our pizzas, too: we use only premium choice flour and leave the dough to rest at least 24 hours.
Our wine cellar is carefully organized to please different tastes and includes a wide choice of bottles not included in the wine list but regularly selected with arttention. Beer on tap is chosen from craft breweries of Veneto area and traditional ones are availble in bottle.
During good season Muro Frari has a wide terrace nearby a canal where gondolas ride and where guests can enjoy a nice view of Basilica dei Frari, one of the most beautiful churches in Venice.
